My 81 CB750 Bobber

Hello
I have been riding for many years now and always on a typical sport bike. Although it was loads of fun I was never really happy with my bikes.
I have always liked the bobber style. So I just recently bought a 1981 CB750 bobber. The bike is in great shape and I got a wicked deal on it. I do however need to make some changes to make it "my" bike and not so it speaks of the previous owner.
I plan on changing the colour, lower the seat and change the handlebars to straight bars so as to give the bike a low clean look. I was woundering if anybody knows if I can put inverted forks on this 81 cb 750. I think it would give the bike a great look!
One of my shocks is starting to wear out and may need to be replaced, so why not upgrade the front end?
Thanks if you have any tips on this topic.

Hey "B" from Woodstock, the bike looks like a great start to a great bobber bike! Yeah, get rid of those bars, front bag and lower the seat and maybe get some new pipes.
Send more pics when you get where you want to "B"!
